Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ conditions and create individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower clients to share experiences, gain insights, and foster community through their mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to share insights and ensure comprehensive care for each client.
\n
• Respond swiftly to crises by offering immediate support and intervention during emergencies, ensuring client safety and stabilizing mental states.
\n
• Educate clients regarding their mental health issues, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to take charge of their health.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records compliant with both legal and ethical standards to monitor client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, professional development workshops, and case consultations to enhance therapeutic practices and share knowledge.

• Stay informed about the latest research, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health therapy to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population at Thrive Wellness consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. Therapists will engage with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, providing tailored support that recognizes the uniqueness of each client’s circumstances. By utilizing telehealth, we ensure accessibility, fostering meaningful connections that transcend geographical barriers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, interventions, and treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven capability in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective, individualized treatment protocols.
\n
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in a variety of settings.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, contributing to building rapport with clients and fostering a welcoming therapeutic environment.
\n
• Strong adherence to professional ethics and boundaries combined with superb judgment.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology for documentation and client management.
\n
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team framework to promote holistic care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or delivering remote mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
