Restaurant Manager

Position Overview Sixty Vines is an expanding brand seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high food quality, training staff, reviewing financials, and maintaining guest satisfaction in a chef‑inspired, wine‑centric restaurant. Responsibilities Lead a management team of 3-5 staff overseeing daily restaurant operations. Ensure effective operations, high food quality and cleanliness standards. Train and develop team members, fostering a guest‑first mentality. Maintain recipe and production procedure knowledge. Motivate team to provide excellent customer service. Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff. Ensure food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to standards. Fill in when needed to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations. Participate in ordering, monitoring inventory, and maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high‑volume, full‑service environment. Passion for hospitality and results‑driven, trustworthy, team‑oriented attitude. Food Manager Certification or related qualifications preferred. Bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred. Hard‑working, outgoing, positive, friendly.
