Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Are you a Paralegal with strong knowledge of bankruptcy law, looking to make an impact in a high-profile practice? A large, nationally recognized law firm is seeking several Bankruptcy Paralegals to join its office, supporting attorneys on complex bankruptcy matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide paralegal support in bankruptcy cases, including drafting, filing, and serving pleadings in state and federal bankruptcy courts. Synthesize and understand local court rules across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage case calendars, deadlines, and organized files for large bankruptcy matters. Draft and process claims, track claim activity, and support reconciliation efforts. Assist attorneys with court filings and applications, along with other case-related pleadings. Prepare case summaries, monitor dockets, and distribute timely updates to attorneys and clients. Coordinate logistics, prepare materials and track deadlines relevant to case materials. Support attorneys and clients with communication, legal research, and case preparation. Track billable hours and assist with billing-related documentation. At least two years of substantive bankruptcy experience in a law firm or legal services environment; experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply as this firm is seeking assistance from a variety of skilled professionals. A bachelor’s degree is required. Knowledgeable. Skilled in bankruptcy pleadings, claims reconciliation, and federal court filings. Organized. Adept at managing multiple deadlines, case files, and client communications with precision. Collaborative.
