Robotics Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Robotics Engineer to develop, program, integrate, and troubleshoot robotic systems and automated equipment. This hands-on role will support equipment installations, system improvements, and customer projects, ensuring reliable performance and safe operation.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Program, configure, and optimize industrial robots and Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
\n
• Lead equipment setup, testing, calibration, and commissioning of robotic systems, conveyors, sensors, and pneumatic components.
\n
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, programming, and process control issues.
\n
• Validate equipment performance, safety functions, and compliance with customer acceptance requirements.
\n
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams on automation projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, assist with operator training, and maintain accurate programming files, service records, and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is required in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
\n
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in robotics, industrial automation, or controls engineering.
\n
• Experience programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs and industrial robots, such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa.
\n
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with customers and technical teams.
\n
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend or on-call work as needed.
