We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC troubleshooting, robotics, and automated manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and supporting automated molding or assembly processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues involving automation, molding, and assembly equipment .
• Troubleshoot PLCs, robots, conveyors, sensors, vision systems, and auxiliary equipment .
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems associated with automation equipment.
• Perform robotic programming, optimization, and troubleshooting .
• Perform scheduled/preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Perform corrective maintenance and replace worn or failed components.
• Calibrate sensors, actuators, and other automation components.
• Support molding automation systems and robotic equipment.
• Provide process and production support in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Identify opportunities for automation improvement, equipment optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and support manufacturing standards and compliance requirements.
• Follow applicable ISO, FDA, and GMP requirements.

Education & Experience

• Engineering or technical degree preferred, or equivalent relevant hands-on technical experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The strongest candidates will have a combination of PLC + robotics + electrical/pneumatic/mechanical troubleshooting + hands-on automation equipment support . Experience supporting automated molding or assembly equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment is highly relevant.
