Real Estate Administrative Assistant

$20 - $25 per hour

We’re looking for a part-time, hybrid real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. This hire will play a key role in team growth by supporting daily operations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that supports many different aspects of our business. Because we are a small, collaborative team, no two days are exactly alike. New projects, priorities, and opportunities arise regularly, and we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, can quickly adapt to changing needs, and is excited to jump in wherever help is needed. Whether you're checking new listing tasks for completion, helping launch a new marketing campaign, or planning a marketing event, you'll play an important role in keeping our business running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing many hats. They enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, and taking ownership of projects with minimal direction. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential. Real estate experience is not required; we're happy to teach the industry to someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and adaptability. Responsibilities: • Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and support team efficiency, including executing client care programs. • Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, and lead-generation tracking. • Prepare marketing materials such as listing and open house flyers, graphics, etc. • Attend all team meetings, including the weekly in-person meeting. • Organize and maintain document storage, ensuring easy access and retrieval for the team. • Communicate with clients and vendors, providing timely responses and excellent customer service. • Prepare and distribute internal communications to keep the team informed and aligned with company goals. • Plan team and client events. Qualifications: • Experience in administrative roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and to prioritize tasks effectively. • Proven track record of excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members. • Willingness to research and figure out unknowns. • Customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. • Proficiency in using office software and tools for database management and marketing materials creation. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
