Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health status and create effective treatment plans aligned with their specific needs.

• Implementing individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to engage clients in meaningful discussions and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, a deep sense of empathy, and the ability to foster a non-judgmental environment for clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while handling a caseload.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with licensure boards and adherence to ethical professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

We value candidates who have prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly working with diverse adult populations. Additional experience in crisis intervention and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies will be advantageous. Familiarity with technological systems that support therapy practice, such as electronic health records (EHR), is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience level. Comprehensive benefits include:
