Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
• Implement various treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities aimed at minimizing pain and maximizing mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, their families, and caregivers on the use of assistive devices and the proper execution of home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends and advances in physical therapy by attending workshops and participating in professional organizations, thereby ensuring high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
