Job Description:

As an FSSC contact you will build in depth knowledge and relationships with both external and internal customers. The successful applicant will be a confident, pro-active, hardworking individual with the ability to collaborate confidentially at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Chase payment for aged debt from a portfolio of customers using a variety of communication methods
• Allocate and reconcile cash to multi currency debtor accounts
• Ensure customer disputes are promptly entered on workflow system and system and communicated to regional contacts
• Liaise with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/ account issues
• Effectively manage workflow strategies to review and monitor aged debt to ensure maximum cash collection
• Produce and distribute reporting packs with specified deadlines
• Working as part of a team to achieve group targets and objectives

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communicator at all levels
• Team player who is able to quickly establish relationships
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work in a fast paced finance environment
• Open minded to flexible ways of working and able to adapt new processes and procedures
• Good excel skills required
• SAP experience preferred
