Business Development Consultant

Schaeffer's Specialized Lubricants is seeking an Independent Sales Representative (1099) to develop and grow accounts in industrial, agricultural, construction, trucking, manufacturing, automotive, and other markets. Everything that moves requires lubricants!

This is not a corporate sales job. There are no mandatory meetings, micromanagers, or a boss checking your data in the CRM. Instead, you'll have the freedom and support to build your own business, set your own schedule, and create a recurring revenue stream by representing premium products that customers reorder again and again.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Conduct product education and lubricant surveys
  • Help clients reduce maintenance costs, improve equipment reliability with documented ROI
  • Grow and maintain a book of business with repeat customers
