Accounts Receivable and Credit Team Lead

Seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable and Credit Team Lead to supervise a team of four. This role is responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, managing credit and collections activities, and ensuring timely cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has the professionalism and communication skills to work directly with customers, resolve payment issues diplomatically, and navigate the collections process in a way that preserves long-term business relationships. Experience in the distribution industry is strongly desired.

Key requirements:

• Experience leading or mentoring a small AR, credit, or collections team

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Strong background in accounts receivable, credit, and collections processes

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

• Professional presence and sound judgment when handling sensitive customer matters

• Distribution industry experience preferred
