Contract Administrator II

If so, we have an exciting new opportunity as a Contracts Administrator based in our King of Prussia, PA office. In this role you will work closely with project and sales teams in the US. Job Responsibilities Preparing customer contracts/documents, including some independent drafting and negotiating within established guidelines. Preparing contract summaries and communicating with project and sales teams. Communicating with both internal and other parties to resolve issues with proposed contracts. Delivering training to internal customers as required. Effectively using contract management systems including report generation, maintenance, project updates, and authorizations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications You have 3+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating contracts Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills You are detail oriented, organized, and can work autonomously.
