Construction Project Manager

Lead cross-functional project teams including ATC personnel, contractors, consultants, and supplemental resources Deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with environmental, regulatory, and internal requirements Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and execution strategies Partner with internal teams to develop and maintain accurate project cost estimates and forecasts Monitor budgets, cash flow, cost variances, and project risk and contingency Oversee engineering, design, and construction activities performed by third-party vendors Facilitate regular project status meetings, resolve issues, and approve invoices Oversee multiple projects from planning through construction to project close-out Promote safety and regulatory compliance while balancing project scope, schedule, cost, and risk Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience 6+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects Preference for candidates with 3+ years of transmission construction or project management experience Proven leadership in technical and construction environments Strong vendor and contractor oversight capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills Strategic thinker who can act tactically to deliver results Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while effectively overseeing project schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships.
