Hands-On Support: Mentor your team through challenges—from staffing to crisis intervention—while fostering a culture of growth and accountability. Qualifications Required: High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred but not required) Essential: Valid driver's license (held for 3 years if under age 21) and reliable transportation Understanding: Believe in and practice inclusion - you'll help individuals fully participate in community life.
