A well-established retail organization is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support professional and corporate hiring initiatives within a fast-paced business environment. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building relationships, partnering with business leaders, and identifying top talent across a variety of corporate functions.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers while managing the full recruitment lifecycle and contributing to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to business leaders.
• Manage offer coordination and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and proactively identify passive candidates.
• Support recruiting projects, reporting, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
• Experience recruiting professional or corporate business roles.
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail or consumer products recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative corporate environment.
