Facilities Manager

Mechanical Facilities Manager – BJ’s Wholesale Club. Lead mechanical and facilities operations for high-volume wholesale/retail clubs. Oversee HVAC, refrigeration, material handling and building systems to ensure safety, uptime, and energy efficiency. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, contractors, capital projects, and asset lifecycle plans. Develop maintenance schedules, SOPs, and compliance programs for OSHA and local codes. Analyze equipment performance and reliability, optimize costs, and support store operations. Mentor technicians, promote a member-focused, team-oriented culture, and drive continuous improvement across facilities and maintenance processes.
