About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present and sell customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use modern tools and technology to design and close sales directly in the home.
Job Type
Part-time transitioning to full-time opportunity
Flexible scheduling available
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system
Design personalized bath solutions using company software
Provide pricing and close sales during consultations
Participate in ongoing sales training
Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous in-home sales experience preferred
Experience in remodeling or home improvement is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Confident presenter with strong closing ability
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
