Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Plan out and help direct or create original content that will increase KPIs such as reach, impressions, views, and engagement Help design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives, focusing on both organic and paid influencers Discover and establish relationships with new organic influencers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing influencers Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns Organize and execute product shipments and gift mailers to influencers and brand ambassadors Negotiate contracts and manage agreements with larger paid influencers Research competitive and social media trends and inform broader marketing team regarding potential opportunities Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing, either at an agency or in-house Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling Experience with contracts, negotiations and invoicing Experience with budget management and reporting on KPIs Experience in all major platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Experience in analytics tools such as: Dash Hudson, Hootsuite or Sprout Social Experience in influencer or content creator platforms such as: Tagger, Lefty or Perpetua/cobrand Strong verbal and written communication skills A bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree in marketing Please note, this is a Full-time, on-site role #J-18808-Ljbffr
