This position operates within a fully remote setting, allowing flexibility in your work-life balance while you support families and children from the comfort of your own home. You'll be working closely with our interdisciplinary team, collaborating seamlessly through virtual meetings, case conferences, and shared documentation platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will carry out a variety of essential functions to ensure the best outcomes for the children and families we serve:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each child.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies to promote holistic growth.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as a proactive team member, ensuring all activities align with established benchmarks and goals.
\n
• Provide educated and empathetic support to families, equipping them with the tools needed to foster their child's development.
\n
• Administer assessments in compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations.
\n
• Build rapport with children, families, and multi-disciplinary team members to cultivate a positive learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to recommend strategies that meet each family’s unique priorities and concerns.
\n
• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, adjusting service frequency based on the child’s development and family objectives.
\n
• Employ a coaching model in natural environment teaching to maximize engagement and learning opportunities for children.
\n
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards to protect the wellbeing of staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting children with disabilities or developmental delays, particularly in their formative years from birth to three. You will work closely with families, understanding their unique dynamics and challenges, to provide tailored interventions that facilitate developmental skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n
