Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information about students' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with educational staff, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each student.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring students’ immediate needs are met.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster peer connections and provide communal healing experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Aviva Healthcare, you will primarily work with a school-aged population, treating children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
