Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough client intake assessments utilizing evidence-based frameworks to identify individual needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions employing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to client goals, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Establishing and tracking therapeutic goals, regularly assessing client progress, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Offering teletherapy options to ensure accessibility and convenience for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation for each client session in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participating in weekly supervision and team meetings to discuss case strategies and enhance collective knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• A relevant Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
