Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• A solid foundation in the theory and practice of various mental health disorders and their evidence-based treatments.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and conceive effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse population of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
