Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide timely and effective therapeutic interventions to individuals and families facing mental health crises, ensuring support is accessible and appropriate.

• Actively collaborate with local first responders to deliver onsite crisis support, which may include assessing situations, determining immediate needs, and arranging for transportation to suitable care facilities.

• Lead mobile crisis response teams by offering clinical guidance and mentoring to fellow team members, promoting a collaborative, solution-oriented approach to mental health care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop nuanced clinical pictures of clients’ needs, subsequently formulating tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Make appropriate and timely referrals to case management, placement services, or aftercare resources to ensure clients receive continued support.

• Maintain an up-to-date awareness of community resources and support services that can address various socio-economic barriers faced by our patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients often present with co-occurring disorders, requiring a compassionate and adaptive treatment approach. Your advocacy and support can significantly impact clients' recovery journeys, providing them with hope and practical strategies for managing their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field; prior crisis intervention experience preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make independent decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Knowledge and understanding of adolescent behavioral issues, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, challenging, and rapidly changing environments while delivering high-quality care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with mobile crisis intervention teams is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
