Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand the psychological needs of clients and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for progress notes, treatment plans, and client interactions, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and valid LPCC license in California, allowing you to practice independently.
