About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Associate or Junior VP to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be part of the credit business, which is a key component of the company's investment strategy. This role is pivotal in supporting the head of credit and requires a professional with a fundamental credit skill set, strong modeling ability, and a desire to build their own network. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes 5-7 years of experience, combining an investment banking Analyst program with opportunistic, distressed, or multi-strategy credit funds, or hybrid value investing. While experience with consumer retail and service companies is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement. Key responsibilities for this position include working on the purchase of dislocated corporate loans and the acquisition of fulcrum debt to take control of overleveraged companies. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of risk and the emotional intelligence to work effectively across the firm, as well as with other lenders and management teams.
