What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting office operations and ensuring exceptional service for both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing accurate and helpful information in person, over the phone, and via email
• Performing clerical and receptionist duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing
• Maintaining and updating office records, expenses, and cost tracking documentation
• Supporting a positive office environment through teamwork and strong communication

What We're Looking For -

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (required)
• Bilingual - English/Spanish Preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude

Compensation: $ 18 + per hour DOE
