Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients, developing individualized treatment plans based on unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Scripps Health Recovery, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including both adult and adolescent populations. Our clients come from various backgrounds and may present with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to relate to and understand different perspectives will be key in fostering healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
