RemX is seeking a Repair Coordinator to support the flow of customer returns and repair activity in a fast-paced operations environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple priorities, and ensuring every detail is accurate.
Location: Addison, TX (100% onsite
Hours : 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday
Type: contract to hire
Pay: $22-$25/hr
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and track incoming customer returns and repair requests
- Verify serial numbers, part numbers, and product information within SAP ECC
- Maintain accurate inventory records for returned equipment and accessories
- Create and manage repair work orders, routing items to the appropriate technicians
- Prepare repair documentation, service records, and certificates of conformity
- Partner with warehouse and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with operational procedures
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in returns processing, repair administration, service coordination, or operations support
- Strong administrative, organizational, and data-entry skills
- Experience with SAP ECC or another ERP system preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
