Powder Coating Account Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated Powder Coating Account Manager to join our team in Aldine. This role offers a competitive salary of up to $80,000 for an experienced and well-rounded professional who can effectively manage customer relationships and support client needs within the powder coating industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Manage and maintain client accounts locally
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
- Build and sustain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize internal CRM system to track and manage accounts
- Work independently while collaborating as part of the broader team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management
- Strong knowledge of the powder coating industry
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Effective problem-solving and time management capabilities
- Experience using CRM systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
