As a remote organization, our team members enjoy the flexibility of working from home while still being an integral part of a dynamic community health clinic. We also prioritize work-life balance, with scheduled hours typically set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this impactful role, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy in both individual and family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and addressing common mental health challenges faced by patients.
\n
• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients during urgent mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions, in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and professional development activities to continuously refine your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities with proven skills in assessment and treatment planning.
\n
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n
