Administrative Assistant

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team, sales department, and training initiatives. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with hands-on support for a fast-paced sales environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys helping others succeed, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportManage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for leadership and department managers.Coordinate internal communications and distribute company announcements.Maintain accurate records, reports, and employee documentation.Assist with onboarding paperwork and administrative processes for new hires.Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.Organize and maintain digital files and company documentation.Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.Sales Team SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the sales department.Assist with tracking sales metrics, performance reports, and productivity data.Monitor CRM data for accuracy and completeness.Coordinate sales meetings, training sessions, and team events.Help maintain sales documentation, scripts, and training materials.Support managers with scheduling coaching sessions and performance reviews.Assist with sales contests, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.Training & Call Floor SupportSupport the onboarding process for new sales representatives.Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and training materials.Assist trainers with administrative tasks and reporting requirements.Serve as a point of contact for sales representatives needing operational support.Help maintain a positive and productive call floor environment.Conduct regular check-ins with sales representatives to identify support needs and escalate concerns when appropriate.Support employee engagement efforts, morale initiatives, and team-building activities.QualificationsHigh school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years of administrative, office support, or sales support experience preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.Preferred TraitsSelf-motivated and resourceful.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.Adaptable and capable of managing changing priorities.Passion for supporting employee success and organizational growth.Success in This RoleSuccess in this position means keeping administrative operations running smoothly while serving as a reliable support resource for the sales team.
