Travel Telemetry RN – Night Shift

Location: Las Cruces, NM
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-Hour Nights

If you're experienced, adaptable, and ready to float between units as needed, this opportunity could be your perfect next move.

• Care for a 1:4 patient-to-nurse ratio in a Telemetry unit

• Identify and respond to arrhythmias with precision and confidence

• Manage patients on BiPAP and high-flow nasal cannula

• Administer insulin, Cardizem, and Precedex drips (experience preferred but not required)

• Float between Telemetry , Med Surg , and Intermediate Care (IMC) units as needed

• Work scheduled night shifts and some holidays

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications

• At least 2 years of Telemetry RN experience

• Strong rhythm interpretation skills and comfort with advanced respiratory support

• Flexibility and professionalism when floating to various units
