Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KOMPAN North America, you will manage full‑cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles across the U.S., working from our Austin office at least three days per week. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the region to deliver efficient, structured, and professional recruitment processes. You will receive comprehensive onboarding to our business, enabling you to confidently advise hiring managers and contribute to well informed hiring decisions. You are a business‑minded Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Communications, or a related field, and you bring hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle recruitment. Responsibilities Partnering with hiring managers to define job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles Creating and publishing compelling job advertisements across platforms such as LinkedIn paid job slots, Indeed, and other job boards Proactively sourcing and engaging talents using LinkedIn Recruiter Screening and shortlisting candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements Preparing interview materials, including case studies and competency‑assessment analyses using Garuda tools Leading interviews -onsite and online - together with hiring managers Managing the candidate pipeline through timely, professional communication with candidates, agency partners, and internal stakeholders Qualifications Has strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, including sourcing and managing paid job slots Understands - and has experience with - the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection Builds strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and candidates Has experience working in a global organization Is comfortable working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Works independently, takes ownership, and proactively seeks support when needed Perks and Benefits Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental plans Employer-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Competitive PTO and robust holiday schedule KOMPAN is an Equal Employment Opportunity and ...
