This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inbound and outbound calls, and providing guidance on insurance and financial service products. Daily tasks include reviewing coverage options, preparing quotes, processing policy changes, and assisting customers with billing, claims, and account inquiries. The Account Manager will proactively follow up on leads, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to agency sales goals while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in agency systems, collaborating with team members, and participating in ongoing training to stay current on product offerings and compliance requirements.\nQualifications\n\n\n Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.\n Sales and consultative skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and follow up on leads and referrals.\n Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity and sales targets.\n Proficiency with office software, CRM or agency management systems, and accurate data entry for customer records and policy documentation.\n Clear verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions with customers and team members.\n Ability to work on-site in Mason, MI, collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to changing customer and business needs.\n High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.\n Previous experience in insurance, financial services, banking, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred; relevant licenses may be required or obtained after hire.\n
