For M & A activities, you will partner with market leaders to articulate the strategic rationaleand help market leaders build the business case for each tra nsa ction. You will builddetailed waterfall modelsand finan cia lforecaststoevaluate M & A opportunities. You’llwork with market and functional leaders to translate businesscaseand value drivers into integration planning, supporting the end-to-end M & A process.You’llbe responsible forleading and mentoring junior team membersacross the M & A lifecycle. Conductmarket research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments toidentifygrowth opportunities and strategic risks. Partner with business leaders to define strategicobjectives, key assumptions, implementation plans, and success met rics. Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership reviews, board meetings, and investment committees. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
