Human Resources Operations Specialist

Amro Fabricating Corporation is hiring a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and keep employee information, HR systems, and processes running smoothly. In this onsite role in Huntington Beach, CA , you’ll help employees and managers understand HR programs and system changes while partnering with the HR Operations Manager and cross-functional teams. You’ll maintain accurate HR data, support HRIS administration, and contribute to system enhancements and process improvements. The role also includes building clear HR communications and practical change-management resources that make updates easy to follow. What you’ll do Support HRIS administration , including employee records, organizational structures, workflows, system transactions, access permissions, and issue resolution. Maintain HR data accuracy through audits and validation, coordinating with HR, Payroll, and IT. Assist with HR system enhancements and implementations by gathering requirements, supporting testing, participating in deployment activities, and providing user assistance. Create clear communications that explain HR programs, policies, processes, and HR system changes. Develop change-management resources such as communication plans, FAQs, manager toolkits, and training materials . Coordinate HR Operations projects by maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, communicating with stakeholders, and following up on action items. Create and maintain SOPs , process maps, templates, and employee self-service resources. Develop recurring and ad hoc HR reports to surface data trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Identify ways to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and the employee experience. Support employee lifecycle processes, compliance activities , audits, and special projects as business needs evolve. What you bring At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, HR program coordination, or a related HR function. Experience using an HRIS to maintain employee and organizational data. Experience supporting HR projects, process improvements , system changes, or program implementations. Strong written communication skills to turn complex information into clear employee and manager communications. Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across stakeholders and functional teams. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint . Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information appropriately. Tools you’ll use Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Compensation and benefits $100,000 to $105,000 per year (onsite in Huntington Beach, CA). Experience developing internal communications, manager toolkits, FAQs, training materials, or employee-facing HR content.
