Chefs de Partie / Line Cooks

dōma is a modern Italian restaurant located in Wynwood, Miami, focused on refined Italian cuisine, high-quality ingredients, and elevated culinary experiences.

We are looking for experienced, motivated, and passionate Chef de Partie and Line Cooks to join our culinary team.

We are a team of dedicated hospitality professionals who take pride in our food, our standards, and the experience we create for our guests. We are looking for individuals who share that same commitment to quality, consistency, and teamwork.

COMPENSATION

Chef de Partie: $65,000–$75,000 annual salary, depending on experience and level of responsibility.

Line Cook: $25–$29 per hour, depending on experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute dishes consistently according to dōma's recipes, standards, and specifications.
• Work efficiently and maintain the speed and organization required during service.
• Maintain a high standard of food quality, seasoning, preparation, and presentation.
• Follow plating specifications and ensure consistency throughout service.
• Properly set up and break down your station according to the scheduled shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the Chef and other members of the kitchen team.
• Work collaboratively with the entire culinary team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain composure and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fine-dining restaurants preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and modern fine-dining techniques preferred.
• Culinary education or degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clean, disciplined, and organized work habits.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
• Full-time availability required.
