We are a rapidly growing investment and operating company that acquires, builds, and scales service businesses across multiple industries.

As our portfolio grows, we're building a centralized marketing organization to support multiple companies from one strategic marketing function.

The creative team already exists.

What we need is a leader.

Someone who can create strategy, prioritize initiatives, align marketing with business goals, and build accountability across the department.

What You'll Own

• Lead marketing strategy across multiple portfolio companies
• Manage and develop an internal team of web developers, designers, strategists, and social media professionals
• Own digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, branding, content, and lead generation
• Prioritize projects and marketing investments based on business impact
• Establish KPIs and measure marketing performance
• Partner closely with executive leadership and Sales to support company growth
• Build scalable processes, accountability, and operational discipline within the marketing department

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Experience leading internal marketing teams
• Strong digital marketing background, including Meta Ads and SEO
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets
• Data-driven decision maker who understands marketing ROI
• Strong leadership, coaching, and project prioritization skills
