Territory Sales Manager

Innova Search has been exclusively retained to recruit a Territory Sales Manager on behalf of an established international manufacturer investing in the continued growth of its North American business. This is a field-based opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, developing distribution networks, and winning new business. You'll inherit an established territory with existing customers while taking responsibility for identifying new opportunities, expanding distributor partnerships, and driving long-term sales growth. The Role Reporting to the Vice President, you'll be responsible for growing sales across your assigned territory by developing existing distributor relationships, appointing new dealer partners and supporting key customers. This is a highly autonomous position where you'll manage your own schedule, plan your own territory and become a trusted commercial partner across your region. Key Responsibilities Develop sales growth across your assigned territory. Identify, recruit and develop new distributor and dealer partners. Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key customers. Deliver product demonstrations and commercial presentations. Support customers and distribution partners through product training. Generate new business opportunities and expand market share. Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and customer events. Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting and CRM records. About You We're interested in ambitious field sales professionals with experience selling technical or industrial products through distributor, dealer or channel partner networks. Backgrounds of interest include: Pneumatic Products Compressed Air Equipment Welding Equipment Workshop Equipment Garage Equipment Technical Products Sold Through Distribution Fluent English and Spanish. Proven success in a field-based B2B sales role. Experience developing distributor, dealer or channel partner relationships. A track record of winning new business while growing existing accounts. Strong territory planning and organisational skills. Confident presenting products and delivering customer demonstrations. Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working independently. Willingness to travel extensively throughout your assigned territory.
