Work Environment\n

While the standard work schedule consists of regular business hours, occasional evening and weekend commitments may arise to support special events and programming at the hospice center.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, employing standardized tools and empathetic communication.

• Provide one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate with clients to implement personalized service plans that identify and address specific goals.

• Advocate tirelessly for clients' rights, facilitating access to community resources and engaging in local social justice initiatives.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of programs, as well as grant reporting fulfillment to secure funding.

• Engage with a diverse network of community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance our service offerings.
