Wally’s Wine & Spirits seeks a passionate Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced, premium dining setting in Las Vegas. You will partner with the Executive Chef to drive daily kitchen operations, guide service to Wally’s standards, and support menu execution, events, and new item launches.
