About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2006 and has grown into a thriving team of 19 across multiple offices. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with State Farm in communications and public affairs, which helped shape my leadership style and commitment to serving both our customers and our community. I graduated from Florida A&M University magna cum laude and am proud to be a Million Dollar Round Table qualifier and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I am the first and only African American woman to operate three State Farm offices. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year We provide Auto insurance, Home insurance, Life insurance, and Retirement planning services to our clients. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
