DDS Specialist (Vendor Process & Reporting Coordinator)
Sacramento, CA - Onsite
You are a detail-oriented professional to support vendor management and reporting functions within a Workers’ Compensation Management Services environment. This role is primarily focused on accurate data entry, maintaining vendor records, and delivering scheduled reports to clients. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines.
This position pays: $23.00 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into the claims management system
- Receive, review, and input W-9 forms to maintain up-to-date vendor records
- Manage and maintain vendor information within internal systems
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly client reports on a set schedule
- Use SAP for report generation (training provided)
- Send reports via Outlook and ensure secure delivery using ShareFile encryption
- Prepare and ship claim forms and informational pamphlets in bulk to clients
- Create shipping labels and coordinate outgoing packages
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all tasks

- Ability to meet deadlines and follow established schedules
- Basic understanding of data entry and administrative workflows
- Willingness to learn new systems (SAP experience is a plus but not required)
