Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Health Journey Wellness, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, such as major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders.
