Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using biopsychosocial frameworks to develop individual treatment plans that align with clients' unique challenges and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings, utilizing modalities tailored to the therapeutic needs of your clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant practices.

• Regularly document client progress through meticulous record-keeping, including treatment notes, progress evaluations, goal-setting, and discharge planning, in accordance with organizational policies.

• Develop and implement aftercare plans for clients transitioning out of therapy, ensuring a smooth transition and continued support through resources that fit their aftercare needs.

• Collaborate with family members, external providers, and care coordinators to facilitate a cohesive treatment approach, enhancing the continuum of care and fostering client success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
