Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, using standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, preferences, and clinical needs.

• Implement and utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families on understanding mood disorders and the different treatment options available.
\n
• Track client progress, adhering to clinical protocols, and revise treatment plans when necessary to ensure optimal care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated patient care.
\n
• Stay updated on the latest research and approaches in mood disorder treatment, actively participating in professional development opportunities.

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and assist in shaping treatment protocols to enhance service delivery.

• Advocate for clients, addressing mental health stigma and identifying resources that facilitate their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary between USD 90,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
