Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and customized therapeutic strategies.

• Setting therapy goals in collaboration with clients, providing ongoing evaluations of client progress, and adapting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Offering teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may experience difficulties with in-person visits.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, upholding ethical standards.

• Participating actively in team meetings, peer supervision, and continuous education to enhance clinical skills and remain current with emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals, couples, children, and families, focusing on a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated experience working with couples, children, adolescents, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
