ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Jason Griswold State Farm Agency is seeking an Account Representative with a strong sales background and a drive to maximize earnings. This role is ideal for someone with prior insurance agency experience who is motivated by results, commissions, and long-term career growth.As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Griswold - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success! You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and cross-selling
• Build and maintain client relationships within the agency book
• Identify coverage needs and close sales efficiently
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license before you start preferred but not required
• Prior experience in an insurance agency environment strongly preferred
• Proven sales track record with a focus on results and revenue growth
• Highly motivated by commissions and performance-based income
• Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
