Als Solution Sales Manager heb je een belangrijk aandeel in de verdere groei van de organisatie. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor klanttevredenheid en het genereren van (nieuwe) omzet door het ontwikkelen van bestaande en nieuwe relaties, zowel via de verkoop van oplossingen en systemen als via service. Jij zal je onder andere bezighouden met de volgende werkzaamheden: afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een commerciële of technische richting; minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in een technisch commerciële organisatie, bij voorkeur binnen een logistieke, technische en/of automatiseringsomgeving; ervaring in het adviserend verkopen aan klanten; weten wat belangrijk en technisch haalbaar is om een ideale situatie voor de klant te creëren; ervaring in projectmanagement; goed ontwikkeld strategisch en tactisch denkvermogen; commercieel zeer vaardig: luisteren, overtuigen, beïnvloeden, onderhandelen en de deal sluiten; bekend met stakeholdermanagement, gevoel voor diplomatie en kan uitstekend samenwerken met alle lagen in een organisatie. #J-18808-Ljbffr Costo Transport- en Opslagtechniek
