Job Title: AI Agent Engineer

Location: Remote, US

Mode: Contract

Strong experience building and deploying AI/ML or LLM-powered applications in production environments. Advanced proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable software systems. Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI agents and agentic workflows. Experience working with LLM APIs, AI APIs, and tool/function calling. Experience with OpenAI technologies, ChatGPT, or comparable LLM platforms. Understanding of context management, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and multi-step agent execution. Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise APIs, databases, services, or other business systems. Strong understanding of AI/ML evaluation, testing, observability, and reliability engineering. Experience implementing AI safety mechanisms, guardrails, validation, and failure-handling strategies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or model optimization. Experience building multi-agent or tool-using AI systems. Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and modern AI engineering patterns. Experience with cloud platforms and deploying AI workloads at scale. Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and production observability. Experience developing automated evaluation frameworks for LLMs and autonomous agents. Familiarity with responsible AI, security, privacy, and enterprise AI governance.
